    • Helps maintain safety and security in Distribution Center.
    • Recruiter for hourly positions in Warehouse and Manufacturing Plants.
    • Communicates policies &procedures to employees under the direction of the Warehouse Leadership and Human Resources.
    • Maintains files in accordance with record-retention policy to remain Sarbane’s-Oxley compliant. 
    • Performs administrative tasks for Human Resource Department and Operations Leadership.
    • Performs full cycle recruitment duties for hourly candidates.
    • Assists with managing Silkroad and Red Carpet and presents new hire orientation for hourly employees and coordinates Safety Training with Safety Supervisor.
    • Keys new hires, terminations, changes into Enterprise ADP.
    • Assists hourly employees with paperwork.
    • Responsible for keeping up filing for Human Resource Department.
    • Performs back-up functions for payroll through ADP E-Time.
    • Verifies I-9 documentation and runs them through E-Verify.
    • Runs reports for Human Resource Department and Operations Team.
    • Assists in setting up job fairs, advertising, posting positions and coordinating interviews for operations teams.
    • Assists with hourly recruitment for entire Design Group organization.
    • Assists with tracking temporary labor for facility’s.
    • Assists and provides coverage throughout the department and operations as needed.
    • Additional duties may be assigned at the discretion of management.

     

    Required Skills Required Experience

    • 3+ years of Recruitment/HR Administrative experience.
    • Ability to communicate verbally and written to all levels of employees.
    • 2+ years of ADP experience including E-Time and Enterprise preferred.
    • Experience with ATS systems, preferred Silkroad.
    • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Including creating formulas.
    • Ability to work with and have experience with confidential information.
    • Preferred Associates Degree or equivalent Human Resource experience.

     Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

     Ability to interpret extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

     Work in a high noise level environment.

     Work with minimal supervision.

     Cognitive skills to set priorities and use independent judgment.

     Ability to handle stress.

     Must be able to lift at least 70 pounds.

     Reports to work on a regular and timely basis.
