    As an Entertainment Coordinator, you will:

    • Plan all aspects of the entertainment activities for the property, such as purchasing necessary equipment and arranging transportation.
    • Serve as Master of Ceremonies/Host for various activities and events, including game shows, pool deck events, theme nights, and cocktail receptions.
    • Implement new ideas and games.
    • Marketing & advertising the entertainment or activity – coordinate or design fliers, phone blast and any other in-house marketing.
    • Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for activities/events to include photos of setup, equipment with the details of anything that you needed to purchase for activity or event.
    • Create an Emergency Action Plan for the performed events and coordinate with the Security Department on property.
    • Evaluate the overall satisfaction of the event attendees using surveys or listening to feedback.
    • Participate in any video/picture or promotional marketing campaign.
    • Other duties within the water park and activities department may be assigned.

    To be successful in this position, we believe that you will; need the following experiences, strengths, and skills:

    • Must be at least 21 years of age.
    • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
    • Must have a valid driver's license, a clean motor vehicle records, and at least 3 years of driving experience.
    • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, family members, and other team members.
    • Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional. Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time.
    • Strong customer service skills are required.
