    The website manager will oversee website functionality, evaluate website performance, and develop, maintain, and update content for all Falcon’s Beyond websites. Working alongside the marketing and retail teams, the website manager will ensure all websites are up to date and implement strategies to improve website visitors’ online experience. To ensure success, the website manager must display an excellent understanding of WordPress, HTML and CSS, Google Marketing Platform, SEO, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Web-Proxy, and Security Audits. Top candidates will be comfortable troubleshooting the website and constantly improving the User Experience (UX) of the website.

     Essential Functions:

    1.    Planning, updating, managing, monitoring, and upgrading current and future websites.     2.    Work with the marketing team to develop new websites as needed.

    3.    Responding to and troubleshooting all website issues.

    4.    Identifying and responding to all website security breaches.

    5.    Ensuring that the website is protected by enabling the appropriate security measures.

    6.    Updating HTML, CSS and JavaScript regularly.

    7.    Conducting content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information.

    8.    Ensuring website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans.

    9.    Improving the user experience of the website regularly.

    1. Maintaining existing sites with regular updates, testing, and maintenance.

    2. Collaborating with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization’s standards.

    3. Creating strategies to grow subscriber base and web traffic metrics.

    4. Ensuring full compliance on the website with all laws and regulations.

    5. Keeping up to date with industry best practices and monitoring competitor websites.

    6. Lead tracking and analysis of user and engagement data to understand our visitors.

    7.  Work closely with the company’s marketing team to devise online marketing strategies.

     

    Job Qualifications and Requirements:

    1.    Must have or be able to quickly acquire knowledge of company structure (mission, goals, and objectives), and policies and procedures. 2.    Must have a BS degree in computer science, information technology, web design, or another related field. Experience (may be substituted for education: 4 years’ work experience). 3.    Must possess a valid driver’s license. 4.    Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America. 5.    Will not require Falcon’s Treehouse, LLC to commence (“sponsor”) an immigration case in order to be employed (now or in the future). 6.    Experience optimizing a website for B2C and B2B companies with a proven record of driving conversions. 7.    Must have experience with WordPress, Cloudflare, and Shopify. 8.    Highly proficient in HTML, XHTML, PHP, CSS design, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, firewalls (functionality and maintenance), Access, mySQL and JavaScript. 9.    Solid knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Google Tag Manager. 10. Excellent communications skills. 11. Strong analytical and project management skills.
