    We are in pursuit of a Resource Coordinator to join our administrative team! The ideal candidate would have a positive, professional demeanor with excellent organizational skills. Falcon’s is a fast-paced and exciting environment, and this position would require someone who is readily adaptable and comfortable taking initiative. Candidate would report directly to the Director of Business Operations. 

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Support recruitment efforts; update job postings, schedule interviews, check references, schedule orientation for new employee.

    • Activate and maintain connections with feeder schools.

    • Update employee job descripions and data, as needed.

    • Maintain various employment and benefits portals and databases.

    • Track and support with benefits administration and annual enrollment process.

    • Maintain employee records in compliance with state and federal requirements.

    • Assist with implementing procedures and enacting compliance according to employee handbook.

    • Assist with creation of office procedures, SOPs, and safety compliance manuals.

    • Respond to routine questions or redirect employees to appropriate contacts.

    • Supports special projects as assigned.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must be able to handle highly confidential material and sensitive subject matters. 

    • Ability to learn new systems quickly and create systems for efficiency. 

    • Proficient with MS Office.

    • Must have or be able to quickly acquire knowledge of company structure (mission, goals, and objectives), and policies and procedures.

    • Must have an AA or bachelor’s degree or comparable experience, with  minimum of 2 years of experience with administrative or HR experience.

    • Must possess a valid driver’s license.

    • Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America.
