About the Role:

Join the Filta Environmental Kitchen Solutions team as a FiltaFry Technician in Bryan, TX — a hands-on, mobile role where you'll help commercial kitchens run cleaner, safer, and more efficiently. Responsibilities:

Perform on-site fryer oil filtration and fryer management services at commercial kitchen accounts

Micro-filter cooking oil in deep fryers to extend oil life and improve food quality

Conduct fryer cleaning, maintenance, and safety inspections at each visit

Manage and maintain a mobile filtration van stocked with equipment and supplies

Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant and foodservice clients

Document service visits, oil usage, and account activity accurately

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety protocols

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to work early morning hours and manage an independent daily route

Comfortable working in hot, commercial kitchen environments

Strong customer service and communication skills

Mechanically inclined with the ability to operate and maintain filtration equipment

Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented work ethic

Prior experience in foodservice, kitchen operations, or route service is a plus
