Responsibilities and Duties for Team Members

Some of the SHIFT LEADER job duties include, but are not limited to:

Lead other to perform at expected levels

Develop crew to become leaders

Perform inventories, order trucks, organize and clean

Report to the General Manager

Total menu knowledge

Amazing Guest Service

Ability to do simple Math

Ensure order accuracy and quality

Work in an efficient and quick manner

Ensure total Restaurant cleanliness

Maintain a fun and fulfilling work environment

Timeliness

Excellent communication skills

SHIFT LEADER Qualifications and Skills

Must obtain Food Handlers license in first 30 days

Able to learn menu with perfection

Able to lift 30+ pounds

Able to work on your feet for several hours

Move quickly and think fast

Stay active and busy

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
