    Job Description

    The Food and Beverage Hospitality Attendant position supports our Sales & Marketing teams by providing exceptional service to potential owners attending tours and presentations. This role ensures buffet and dining areas are clean, well-stocked, and inviting, creating a welcoming environment that enhances the guest experience during owner’s breakfast events. This role requires someone that is friendly, has strong interpersonal and organizational skills and a keen eye for the details. Individual who has a passion for people and being of service to others is required. Individual must possess and adhere to the following company core values: Integrity Passion Work Ethic.

    As a Food and Beverage Hospitality Attendant you will;

    • Stock and replenish buffet items, including soups, salads, desserts and beverages.
    • Prepare and maintain coffee and juice dispensers.
    • Monitor and dispose of garbage is promptly and appropriately.
    • Clean and sanitize tables, chairs and dining surfaces.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floors and dining areas.
    • Replenish and keep all drink stations clean.
    • Sweep and mop floors as needed to maintain safety and cleanliness.
    • Maintain regular and reliable attendance as scheduled.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 1+ year of experience in hospitality, retail, or other service-related industries preferred.
    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
    • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
    • Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines consistently.
    • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized environment.
    • Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain regular attendance as scheduled.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25-50 lbs., and perform cleaning tasks as required.
