    General Manager – Dunkin' Donuts

    Schedule: Open Availability, 3:00 AM – 12:00 PM shift, 5 days a week. One weekend off per month

    Additional Benefit: Company-paid bi-weekly parking stipend, tuition reimbursement, health care, life insurance, paid time off, maternity/paternity leave.

    We are seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead our Dunkin' Donuts team. Prior Dunkin' experience is a plus but not required. Candidates with strong coffee shop, cafe, or quick-service restaurant management experience are encouraged to apply.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead daily operations to ensure exceptional guest service and efficient store performance.

    Hold team members accountable to company standards, policies, and performance expectations.

    Communicate clearly and effectively with employees, guests, and leadership.

    Identify operational challenges, develop solutions, implement corrective actions, and follow through to ensure results.

    Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members.

    Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and overall store profitability.

    Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

    Required Qualifications

    Previous management experience in a coffee shop, cafe, quick-service restaurant, or similar food service environment.

    Strong leadership and team management skills.

    Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

    Ability to hold teams accountable while maintaining a positive workplace culture.

    Resourceful problem-solving mindset with a proven ability to identify issues, create solutions, and see them through to completion.

    Reliable and able to work the required early morning schedule.

    Most Important

    This is not a desk-only management position. The General Manager must be willing and able to jump in and support frontline operations whenever needed, including assisting baristas, line cooks, dishwashers, and other team members during busy periods or staffing shortages. We are looking for a leader who leads by example and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and work alongside the team.
