The position is based in the Miami area but, applicant must have the ability to support in opening new restaurants locally and abroad which may require from time-to-time travel in 7 day increments specifically to the Caribbean, Chicago, Indianapolis and New York areas.
The position would directly report to Chef Jeff and Chef Janine. Chef Jeff and Chef Janine currently own and operate seven restaurants throughout the country and are opening more projects in South Florida and abroad.

Applicant should be self-motivated, driven, organized. Ideally some food and beverage background, some grasp on culinary/back of house knowledge, basic or above basic cooking skills is a plus. Applicant must be willing to support Chefs with personal tasks from time to time. English is a must and Spanish would be very helpful but not required. Applicant should own a laptop, smart phone and have the ability to assist in keeping electronic files professionally organized. Part-time position - 15 to 20 hours per week for 8+ weeks. (Project Based).
