    Summary

    The Office Coordinator will work closely with the Human Resources and Finance Department. The role is responsible for assisting with the coordination of the company’s recruiting and financial activities. This position requires someone with an excellent work ethic and very detailed oriented. Someone who enjoys speaking with people but also loves numbers and analyzing financial items. A team player that understands and promotes the company’s mission and core values.

    Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities:

    Source candidates from various job boards and career organizations, based on store needs

    Review R365 Candidates Daily and maintain a clear dashboard

    Review Indeed Candidates Daily and maintain a clear dashboard

    Perform phone interview per candidate and place in ideal location based on commute and experience

    Coordinate and schedule in person interview for all stores and corporate via calendar invite

    Keep an up-to-date tracker of the interview process per candidate, update R365 with notes and management feedback

    Provide a weekly update to corporate with the week’s recruiting and hiring activity

    Stay engaged with candidates during the process (call candidates to confirm interviews, and follow up if they no show or are nonresponsive)

    Stay up to date with recruiting trends (job boards, apps, new R365 process features, etc.)

    Finance Coordinator Responsibilities:

    Record invoices in R365 accounting system

    Daily bank downloads for multiple bank accounts and companies

    Prepare and record monthly journal entries

    Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts

    Complete monthly balance sheet closing schedules for multiple companies

    Provides accounting support to internal and external customers

    Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential

    Ability to work independently, research, analyzes and interprets data

    Communicate with vendors on invoice inquiries and statement requests

    Challenge false chargeback requests

    Complete credit applications for new vendors

    Assist in license and permit applications and renewals

    Place online orders upon request
