The Fairfield Inn & Suites Hershey Chocolate Avenue is seeking friendly, outgoing, customer service oriented individuals to join our team. Candidates must be flexible as the schedule will include, weekends and holidays. Previous hotel experience strongly preferred, but not required.

Position requires a dependable person capable of accepting responsibility and following through on assignments. The successful candidates must be personable and committed to exceptional guest service and 100% satisfaction through pleasant and professional guest interactions as well as demonstrate good judgment and common sense.

Represents the hotel to the guest through the guest’s stay by performing sales and customer service functions related to guest registrations, reservations, and revenue collections. These functions should be handled in a way that assure the guests receive a safe and secure place to stay with friendly, attentive service ensuring the guests have a pleasant stay and a smooth checkout.

Responsible for the total desk operation:

• Act as Manager on Duty, respond immediately to guest requests.
• Represents the hotel in the late evening and early morning hours, maintains thorough communication with management staff.
• Responsible for maintaining hotel safety and security during these hours.

• One year customer service experience

We develop and manage Hilton and Marriott branded select-service and extended-stay hotels within 150 miles of our York, Pennsylvania headquarters.
