Compass Group is selectively recruiting for an HR Internship (Recruitment support) opportunity within our Talent Acquisition department.

Date of Internship: 10 – 12 weeks; 35 - 40 hour work week (Monday – Friday)

Location: Charlotte, NC

Job Responsibilities:

This position will assist with Talent Acquisition projects that include opportunities to learn the different aspects of Talent Acquisition, while having the opportunity to assist in researching and sourcing leadership talent for Compass Group professional and management opportunities. This opportunity is an excellent chance to get hands-on experience and familiarity with Talent Acquisition practices!

Job Qualifications:

• Junior or senior standing in communications, business administration, human resources or related field
• Strong organizational and technical skills
• Professional written communication skills
• Proficient experience with researching social media and networks
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• An interest in pursuing a career in Talent Acquisition and/or other HR Functions
