The Eagan Hampton Inn is searching for a part time Evening Shuttle Van Driver!

Our attentive and friendly Shuttle Van Drivers make meaningful connections with our hotel guests providing exceptional service while transporting them safely to and from their various destinations.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt and courteous bell service by handling hotel guests’ luggage

Safely transport hotel guests to and from their destinations

Responds to guests’ inquiries about the hotel, and local area services and attractions providing accurate information

Listens attentively to guests and assists in resolving issues or concerns

Ensure shuttle van complies with safety and security protocol

What are we looking for?

Availability to work Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 3:00-1:00 PM

Exceptional customer service skills

Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Reliability and honesty

Teamwork and cooperation

Clear driving record and current state driver’s license

Obey all local traffic laws
