Responsibilities HAVI is seeking an intern to support the Analytics & Consulting Strategy team during summer 2019 (June 3-August 16) in our Downers Grove location. As a HAVI intern, you will participate in exciting projects and assignments that support our fast-paced business while working on your own and with team members as you embark on your career. We offer a 10-week program, 36-hour work-weeks, and a lunch subsidy to all interns! Key assignments & projects:Provide project management support of key strategic initiatives, with responsibilities including project plan implementation, timeline monitoring, organization of files, creation and management of templates and documents, and cross-functional team coordinationCreate templates, process diagrams, and any other tools to effectively track activity and monitor a process for improvement. Analyze timetracking information to support the process Analyze time tracking data to identify opportunities to better resource planning, and to calculate costs to deliver servicesOpportunity to lead a special project to implement a cross-functional knowledge management portal Desired Skills & Experience Successful intern candidates meet the following requirements: Must be available June 3-August 16Minimum requirement of junior year college completion Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a field relevant to the internship such as Business Management or similarMinimum GPA of 3.0Demonstrated time management skills through course work and extracurricular activitiesMS Office experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsCollaborative/teamwork oriented Ability to manage complex and multiple projects simultaneously Benefits Housing assistance is not provided for summer internships.OptionsApply for this job onlineApplyShareRefer this job to a friendReferSorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
