Responsibilities HAVI is seeking an intern to support the IT Global Goverance team during summer 2019 (June 3-August 16) in our Downers Grove location. As a HAVI intern, you will participate in exciting projects and assignments that support our fast-paced business while working on your own and with team members as you embark on your career. We offer a 10-week program, 36-hour work-weeks, and a lunch subsidy to all interns! Key assignments & projects:Assist IT Global Governance team with deployments of ITBM's (ServiceNow's IT Business management) project management and activity tracking tools across service lines and geographiesWork with Governance team to produce and make available documentation of process and service line offerings in a centralized location (i.e. SharePoint, Team Sites)Assist in evolving KPI (Key Performance Indicator) metrics based on data gathered in ServiceNow ITBM for demands, project and activity reporting and potentially data from other product management tools such as AgileDevOps or JIRA. This will include requirements gathering, development of metrics and potential visualization of metrics in a dashboard.Other ad-hoc projects as necessary.
