Responsibilities HAVI is seeking an intern to support the End User Services team during summer 2019 (June 3-Augut 16) in our Downers Grove location. As a HAVI intern, you will participate in exciting projects and assignments that support our fast-paced business while working on your own and with team members as you embark on your career. We offer a 10-week program, 36-hour work-weeks, and a lunch subsidy to all interns! Key assignments & projects:PC Refresh Project replacing Windows 7 laptops with Windows 10 laptopsAssist Technical Support and End User Technnology teams with basic troubleshooting and problem analysisRespond in a timely and courteous manner to requests from end-users related to hardware and softwareAssist with technical documentation and training materials Desired Skills & Experience Successful intern candidates meet the following requirements: Must be available June 3-August 16Minimum requirement of junior year college completion Must be pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or MISMinimum GPA of 3.0 Demonstrated time management skills through course work and extracurricular activitiesMicrosoft Office experience, O365 is a plusGood written and verbal communicationCollaborative/teamwork oriented Familiarity with PCs, additional Macintosh familiarity preferredUnderstanding of basic technology concepts (i.e. TCP/IP, CPU, RAM) Benefits Housing assistance is not provided for summer internships.OptionsApply for this job onlineApplyShareRefer this job to a friendReferSorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
