What will I be doing? As the Associate, TMX Change Management, you will report to the Director of Governance and Strategic Planning. You will participate in developing and implementing Organizational Change Management (OCM) communications to corporate, hotel managers and team members. Your work will also include your execution of change strategies, training and communication for new release features and functionality. You will ensure change adoption and support properties and corporate functions globally with enablement resources. Further, you will craft high quality, tactical deliverables to socialize and educate business functions across the enterprise. More specifically, you will: * Translate organizational change management plans into visual communications, job aids, road shows, presentations and talking points. * Provide support and facilitation for all Digital Human Resources (HR) change management actions. * Handle and provide maintenance and outage notifications. * Work in a team environment to establish and execute a change management program for multiple systems/programs in various stages of the release cycle. * Maintain positive partnerships in a highly matrixed organization and collaborate cross-functionally. * Commit to following processes within the organization, and utilize standardized OCM tools, templates and methodologies. * Work with leaders to produce creative change management strategies and plans for upcoming enhancements, improvements and/or rollouts. * Support tasks and assignments from the Vice President, Digital HR.
