    The Holiday Inn Madison at the American Center is now accepting applications for Full and Part-time Server and Busser positions.

    Job Description: This position requires a motivated, dependable, and detailed-oriented individual with good people skills, who can multi-task and demonstrate a guest-focused attitude while responding quickly to guest needs. Our team members are positive individuals who know how to exceed guest expectations while maintaining an exceptional level of hospitality and professionalism.

    $600 Signing Bonus (Full-Time)

    $350 Singing Bonus (Part-Time)

    Hours per week:

    Weekdays 6-10 am

    Weekends 7-10 am

    Lunch banquet shifts are available from 10-1 pm

    Responsibilities:

    Welcoming and seating guests as they enter the restaurant with a smile

    Accommodate any special needs or requests of guests

    Being friendly and helpful to guests as well as fellow staff

    Taking orders from guests and relaying to the kitchen staff

    Delivering food once it has been prepared

    Bussing tables and light cleaning of the dining room

    Prep and/or minimal side work

    Thanking customers upon departure

    Cross-training into other departments such as banquets, front desk, maintenance, and housekeeping

    Desired Skill(s):

    Handling cash accurately

    Processing credit cards

    Basic math calculations without a calculator

    Using Point of Sale software

    Making change accurately
