The Holiday Inn Madison at the American Center is looking for professional, high-energy bartenders with excellent customer service & communication skills. We are currently looking for PART-TIME bartenders who are flexible with scheduling needs and weekend availability is a MUST.
This position requires a motivated, dependable, and detailed-oriented individual who can multi-task and demonstrate a customer-focused attitude. Our team members know how to exceed guest expectations while maintaining an exceptional level of hospitality and professionalism. You are responsible for ensuring our guests can have a fantastic time at the bar, while still receiving top-of-the-line service.

Responsibilities:
Prepare bar area by getting out alcoholic beverages and placing them in a neat and orderly manner
Take beverage orders from guests and servers
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to the guests
Put drink orders into the payment system accurately and immediately after the order is received
Accept guest payment and process credit card charges
Keep glasses, bar tops, sinks, utensils, and bar area clean and orderly at all times
Present drink and food menus to the guests, also to make any recommendations
Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to the manager
When the shift is over, put away all alcoholic beverages into storage and make sure they are locked up
