The Holiday Inn At the Roberts Centre located in Wilmington Ohio is currently seeking Facilities Technician I to join our engineering team. The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for completing general maintenance assignments inside and outside of the Hotel, Conference Centre and Restaurant Areas. Ideal Candidates will have at least 1 year of Maintenance experience and or education and flexibility in scheduling.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Troubleshoot any maintenance problems and repair.
Complete all work orders that are assigned by any department.
Monitor/take readings of all heating/cooling and water systems daily.
Repair and troubleshoot restaurant equipment if needed.
Work on HVAC equipment and troubleshoot if necessary.
Do woodworking, wall-papering & dry walling.
Troubleshoot and Do Electrical repairs.
Repair laundry equipment.
Repair pool and spa equipment
