Job Description:
This position requires a motivated, dependable, and detailed-oriented individual with good computer skills, who can multi-task and demonstrate a guest-focused attitude while responding quickly to guest needs. Our team members are positive individuals who know how to exceed guest expectations while maintaining an exceptional level of hospitality and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Greet arriving guests, assign rooms, make keys, and collect guest payment and billing information in a friendly and welcoming manner
Ability to work on a computer, answer phone calls, and handle walk-ins for guest reservations, cancellations, check-ins, check-outs, and processing guest’s payment and billing information
Providing outstanding service by listening and handling guests’ needs and requests in a quick and timely manner
Communicate with all departments to ensure a smooth and well-run operation so that each guest has the best experience possible
Acknowledge the guest as they are leaving the hotel in a friendly manner
Must be to work 7a-3p and 3p-11p shifts including weekends
