Responsibilities:

Welcoming and seating guests as they enter the restaurant with a smile

Accommodate any special needs or requests of guests

Being friendly and helpful to guests as well as fellow staff

Taking orders from guests and relaying to the kitchen staff

Delivering food once it has been prepared

Bussing tables and light cleaning of the dining room

Providing customers with their bill and collecting payment

Prep and/or minimal side work

Thanking customers upon departure

Cross-training into other departments such as banquets, bartending & cooking if willing

Desired Skill(s):

Handling cash accurately

Customer service oriented attitude

Basic communication skills

Friendly and positive attitude a must

Processing credit cards

Basic math calculations without a calculator
