    How do I make an impact on my team? Our hands on and driven Building Maintenance Manager will oversee all daily maintenance operations at the property to help our guest have a safe and happy stay.

    Perform and direct preventative maintenance programs/repairs for equipment, guestrooms and the property overall

    Act as a ‘project manager’ for in-house led projects, such as gathering proposals, making recommendations, coordination and timing, quality control, accounting and problem solving issues

    Secure and oversee outside contractors to handle more complicated equipment and building repairs

    Performs repairs of minor mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and building-related components

    Maintains pool and spa according to the company, the property brand, and state and local codes

    Maintains outdoor appearance including lawn, landscaping and parking lot

    What does success look like in this role?

    Prior experience in hotel, building, apartment or similar maintenance environment

    Must have and maintain a CPO certification

    Friendly customer service to brighten the day of our guests

    Hospitality and guest focus

    Strong attention to detail and ability to creatively problem solve

    Reliability and honesty

    Desire to add to a supportive and effective team
