About the Role:
Housekeeping Attendants are responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and comfortable guest rooms and public areas in accordance with Hotel 32One’s standards.
Primary Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Clean and service assigned guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming;
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures;
Dust and wipe surfaces such as windows, doors, walls, headboards, baseboards, and furniture;
Replace linens, towels, and guest room amenities; restock supplies as needed;
Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas;
Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or damaged/missing items to a supervisor;
Turn in lost and found items in accordance with Company procedures;
Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in a clean, organized, and fully stocked condition;
Follow all safety, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures;
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas;
Provide courteous and professional service when responding to guest requests; and
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Be able to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed;

Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation, including:
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting;
Lifting, pushing, or pulling items (such as linens or carts);
Repetitive cleaning tasks.
Lift, push, or pull items weighing up to 25–30 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally, with or without assistance
