Job Description
Oversees daily housekeeping operations within corporate and resort guidelines to ensure quality standards and total guest satisfaction. Oversees the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure all guest units, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. This role focuses on managing unit turns, owner satisfaction, and quality consistency to support the resort’s reputation and brand standards. The Housekeeping Manager leads, trains, and motivates a housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service to both owners and guests.

Qualifications
Two years of previous experience in a similar role is preferred, demonstrating the ability to perform the essential functions of the position.
Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move objects weighing up to 35 pounds
Experience in the relevant industry or work environment is beneficial.
