Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality regarding employee and company matters
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Proven success working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic required
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher
- Timekeeping experience preferred
- Working knowledge of human resources concepts and practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and guests at all levels in a service-oriented manner
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid Florida State Driver’s License to operate a company vehicle

Education and/or Experience
Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school in business administration with a focus in human resources, and one to two years of related experience and/or training is required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
