  • Responsibilities

    The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a member of the Shared Services HR Operations team and is responsible for providing support to applicants and internal client groups throughout the hourly recruiting and selection process. The TA Coordinator works closely with various stakeholders, including managers, employees and the Adjudication and HR Operations teams to research and resolve data and information inquiries. Specific responsibilities include:

    • Consults with HR leadership and staff to analyze business opportunities, working toward solutions and continuous improvement
    • Serves as a key liaison to internal stakeholders
    • Assist hiring managers with managing internal and external job postings.
    • Update and/or edit job requisition data as necessary to ensure accurate source data for reporting
    • Trouble shoot and resolve applicant inquiries and questions
    • Provides ARTie production support and customer service to hiring managers and HR representatives throughout end-to-end hiring process
    • Supports the broader Aramark community as a contact for HR system user requests and inquiries
    • Responsible for successfully completing daily tasks and/or project work assigned by mentor/manager
    • Completion of milestones and experiences as outlined in your program learning plan

  • Qualifications
    • Must be enrolled in a 4 year bachelor’s program at an accredited college/university
    • Ability to manage a wide variety of confidential information on a regular basis
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Proven attention to detail
    • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
    • Customer service skills/experience preferred
    • Duration: Minimum of 10-12 weeks (flexibility to extend past 10-12 weeks based on intern’s availability)

    Additional Details: GBS S2Ls get to know Aramark’s business through customized training and development sessions, rotational and shadowing opportunities throughout the shared services organization, and field site visits. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator role provides development of the core skills and experiences needed to move into business partner or operations roles within Aramark.

    • Start Date: June 5th
