As a critical role in providing sales and financial data throughout the organization, work closely with the FP&A team and Sales to gather sales forecast information. Assist in compiling the sales and margin plan, provide timely and accurate reports and analysis to the Sales and Executive team. Provide daily, weekly, and ad-hoc reports to the sales team and work with the retail analysts to understand the data. What do I do? * Data Gathering Compile revenue and sales data across companys business units. This includes pulling and analyzing historical shipping and order profiles. Responsible for specified reports and review with the Director of FP&A. * Daily/Weekly/Quarterly Financial Reporting Prepare financial reports on company performance, customer analysis, costs and margin structure, and other specified reports with the FP&A team. * Projects/Analysts - Play a key role in providing sales reps, business managers, timely and accurate information upon request. Will work closely with Senior Analysts and the Director of FP&A on the development of daily, weekly, and monthly reports, as well as various projects that come down from management on a daily/weekly basis. Will contribute to the workload by taking on projects and seeing them through completion. * Sales & Planning Liaison Will work with the Senior Analyst and Director of FP&A as a liaison between management and the field, as well as Retail Financial Planners. Duties include various problem solving functions as well as requests for information. * Other duties as assigned Assist the Senior Analyst and Director of FP&A on projects as they arise. Collaborate with the team to share ideas and analysis manpower.
