Job Description
Collects raw data from company network resources using database links and combines the data from multiple sources into reports for management to run the call center. Maintains historical files and instructions for all reports. Runs simple ad-hoc reports to identify new opportunities or problems. Works closely with the leadership team on regular basis to update processes and improve efficiency.

PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Requires a High School diploma or equivalent, specific training or college degree a plus. Requires 1+ years' experience in reporting/data management; experience in the timeshare/call center industry a plus. Requires 1+ years' experience working directly with Microsoft Access and Excel.

Clean, neat appearance and attire (adherence to dress code policy). Ability to operate a P/C, facsimile, telephone, calculator, copy machine, and other related office equipment. Ability to sit at a desk and/or stand for extended periods of time. Ability to be mobile within the department and other corporate facilities. Ability to visually review handwritten and computer-generated documents, as well as view a P/C screen. Ability to make and receive telephone calls.
