AS A DIETETICS INTERN ON OUR TEAM YOU WILL * Assist in facility menu planning for regular and therapeutic diets. * Work with our team of Dietitians in the review and revision of cycle menus * Evaluate customer satisfaction with food selection, preparation, and service through customer site visits. * Have general knowledge of government regulations regarding Federal, State, and local guidelines. * Work cooperatively with our Registered Dietitian and the Food Production team to assure conformance to nutrition needs and food allergies. YOUR ADDITIONAL SKILLS * Currently enrolled in either college or university majoring in Nutrition and Dietetics * Demonstrated ability to relate well to individuals and groups with widely varying backgrounds, perspectives, education, and skills. * Ability to function independently while also working as a team.
