Human Resources Generalist Innovative Dining Group 3 reviews - West Hollywood, CA Human Resources Generalist IDG is looking to hire an experienced and highly organized HR Generalist to join our VERY busy HR department. We have 11 restaurant locations, cover 4 states, employ nearly 1000 team members, and have plans for growth in the near future. Our ideal candidate will have a strong HR background and be familiar with Labor Laws, Compliance, Benefits and Workers Compensation. Ability to prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines, and remain graceful under pressure are all imperative qualities. Scope of duties include, but are not limited to, the following: * Workers Compensation file and track claims * Benefits Administration process enrollments, audit billing, and liaise with payroll and insurers * Open enrollment - point person and team leader for annual renewal * Leaves of Absences administer, track and follow-up * Compliance help ensure Company is compliant with all Labor Laws, SOPs, postings, and trainings. * Manage and track compliance training Manager ServSafe Certifications, Cal Chamber Online Harassment training, Alcohol Awareness training * Risk Management & Safety help refine Safety training, emergency procedures, and IIPP. Our ideal candidate will have: * High School diploma or GED; Four year related degree preferred * 2-3 years related experience in Human Resources * Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Outstanding verbal and written communication skills * HRIS experience, ADP preferred * Ability to meet deadlines 100% of the time * Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) with experience translating verbal conversations and provide basic written translation a plus * Experience in hospitality industry preferred Innovative Dining Group is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
