    Job Description

    Raising Cane’s offers internship opportunities across functional areas of Restaurant operations and support. As an intern at Cane’s, you'll gain hands-on experience, learn from experts, and collaborate with teams on relevant project work. Over the course of our 10-week internship program, you will have the opportunity to work directly with a mentor in your field of study while contributing to the growth of the company and building a professional network through work and program activities.

    The IT RSO Systems Intern supports the team by assisting with application configuration support, ticket triage, and system-related project work. This role provides hands-on experience with system operations, business user support, and incident resolution within the Restaurant Support Office (RSO) environment.

    Your Impact and Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to IT RSO Systems projects and day-to-day team tasks
    • Assist with triaging tickets for the App Configuration team
    • Support opportunities to improve the support model by collecting feedback from business end users
    • Participate in resolving incidents that do not require admin privileges
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
    • 1+ years of volunteer or work experience in a relevant field
    • Strong IT technical, problem solving, and logical computer troubleshooting skills
    • Able to work in-person at the Dallas Restaurant Support Office in Plano, TX continuously from June 3 to August 11, 2026
    • Able to provide personal living arrangements and reliable transportation
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
    • Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
