Public Polling Intern- Spring (12948) Tracking Code 12948 Job Description Job Description As an Intern in our Intern Development Program, you will gain exposure to a range of research projects and methodologies and work with Ipsos public polling team on projects for premier media outlets, such as Reuters, NPR, and USA Today, along with work for multinational companies and related to international election research. This intern will assist in many phases of research projects with particular focus on support of operational tasks/job execution. Key responsibilities include: Support questionnaire development Tasks related to link checking, and tab/banner design and checking Topline and report production Monitoring Ipsos in the news and circulating news clips Researching election trends, both in the U.S. and internationally Work with research team to ensure business and client needs are addressed at every stage of the project Requirements include: Currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in analytical or insights-focused fields such as international relations, political science, economics, sociology, statistics, or similar business or liberal arts programs Strong organizational, multi-tasking, decision-making, and problem solving abilities An interest and/or coursework in international elections, political systems, or market or consumer research Knowledge and comfort working across Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Experience working with survey applications a plus (such as Qualtrics, Google Consumer Survey, etc.) Familiarity with quantitative and/or qualitative research methodologies also a plus Additional Information Sound like the right place for you?
