RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Develops, creates, and modifies general computer applications software or specialized utility programs.
• Analyzes user needs and develops software solutions.
• Designs, implements, or customizes software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency.
• May analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team; utilizes agile development methodologies as part of an inter-disciplinary agile team.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
• Provide regular status reporting to both client and Company management, to ensure processes and best practices are being followed
• Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• SQL Server and database Knowledge. For example, to write complex SQL queries, understanding database relationships, debugging and tuning.
• Webpage development including CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and JQuery
• Webpage application development with ASP.NET, C#, MVC (desirable)
• Solid understanding of Microsoft IIS and Windows Server 2012 and later
