    DIGITAL SECURITY PRODUCT MANAGER The Digital Channels team is responsible for client focused digital experiences that support our  business. We are seeking a dynamic, organized leader to play a key role in supporting these efforts amidst the rapidly changing digital servicing and sales landscape. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Digital Channels Security Product Manager will support the Digital Channels department in the delivery and maintenance of security and fraud prevention features for our digital services. This individual will work closely with managers and teams within Digital Channels and across the organization, such as Information Security, Vendor Management, Information Services, Audit, Compliance, Program/Project Management and BSA/AML. The individual will own and drive digital security strategy and will partner cross-functionally to put an appropriate framework in place to ensure we’ re developing and deploying products, infrastructure and policies that adhere to security best practices. This role will also lead the definition, launch, roll-out, and ongoing improvement of these solutions with responsibility for guiding feature development. WHAT YOU’ LL DO AS A SECURITY PRODUCT MANAGER:

    • Create a digital security strategy and roadmap across corporate and consumer online platforms taking into account – emerging security threats, fraud risk mitigation tools, client experience and business needs
    • Prioritize security related enhancements and deliver against the prioritized roadmap, coordinating development efforts across vendor and technology teams
    • Create user stories, work with technical teams and user experience teams to deliver security related enhancements
    • Evaluate effectiveness of security controls and recommend enhancements and improvements.
    • Work across the Product and Technical Marketing and Product Management team to help shape business and product strategy and drive execution and innovation in product.
    • Lead the ideation, research, design, development and launch of user-centric security features.
    • inspire people toward a unified outcome.
    • Work with, and at the direction of, the Head of Digital Risk and Operations, in responding to information requests from both external sources such as the FDIC, as well as internal departments such as Information Security, Compliance, BSA/AML, ERM and Internal Audit.
    • Lead an on-going evaluation, analysis, and establishment of clear strategic view on new and emerging technologies, market disrupters, threats and areas of opportunities with a focus on evaluating digital risk and impact

      YOU COULD BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE:

    • Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in at least two of the following areas is required: product management, operational risk, IT risk, information security, and fraud prevention
    • Knowledge of the current security best practices and constant learning and understanding of security standards.
    • Strong knowledge of technologies and solutions in IT Security marketplace, the primary vendors, and industry trends and dynamics is strongly preferred.
    • Solid technical background and proven record delivering digital security solutions from inception to execution.
    • Ability to build end-to-end plans and manage execution across cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills including ability to create and deliver effective presentations.
    • Ability to think strategically and craft a compelling product vision.
    • A history of building lasting cross-functional partnerships with both internal and external groups, especially Engineering, Product, Security, and Legal. Job Demands:
