Job Description

Junior System Integrator RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide customer with recommendations to solve problems
• Identify and correct hardware malfunctions
• Identify and correct software malfunctions (provide feedback from testing)
• Maintain computer equipment
• Update Software as releases become available
• Check and verify data collection on server
• Provide technical support to customer and users

    TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:  

• Bachelors degree (additional experience in lieu of degree)
• 2-4 years' experience with the following:
  • Windows Operating systems
  • Computer hardware
  • Wired and Wireless Networking

DESIRED:

• Computer Networking and Routing
• Cisco Routers and Switches
