Job Description

This role is for a senior hands-on experienced developer: an individual already experienced and knowledgeable in Development Security Operations (DevSecOps) space and capable of quickly contributing and leading development of our feature set upon arrival.  What you' ll do as a PRINCIPAL SOFTWARE ENGINEER:

• an ‘ individual contributor’ creating and committing software application code,
• experienced as a technical lead, not in a managerial role but as a subject matter expert in the knowledge, algorithms, patterns, and tools we utilize (this is not incompatible with the prior point),
• experienced with the DevSecOps mindset; the practice of incorporating security continuously throughout the application development lifecycle. DevSecOps builds upon the agile framework of DevOps, which aims to accelerate the software development lifecycle and enable the rapid release schedule of application and updates,
• an experienced leader comfortable with great complexity and ambiguity within and adjacent to their function
• This individual will be crucial contributor to the successful transformation of the Information Services processes and culture.
