What will you do?

Oversee performance of store activities

Training our Krispy Kremers to assist customers in a fun and joyful way.

You'll engage with our customers to help them select doughnuts, operate our point-of-sale system, drive through, and make beverages for them.

You'll make sure the uniforms are clean and tidy, and that the shop is always clean too.

You'll help plan the scheduling and work shifts for the team, and you'll be a leader and a team player.

There might be times you have to handle customer complaints or other issues that may arise.

You're also the go-to person for assuring shop safety- locking doors when closing, handling cash and security.

You have exceptional customer service skills- we want you to enjoy interacting with our customers and communicate clearly.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Ability to handle the physical demands of the position in which you're interested
