Our Retail Team Members are the face of our Krispy Kreme Stores. They create a welcoming environment and provide exceptional customer service to our guests.

What will you do?

Take orders and accept payments at the register.

Answer customer questions and provide them with delicious doughnuts.

Make sure our doughnuts and all other products are made to perfection, and as fresh as possible for our guests.

Jump in with other duties assigned in order to reach customer satisfaction

Qualifications

You have exceptional customer service skills- we want you to enjoy interacting with our customers and communicate clearly.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Ability to handle the physical demands of the position. You might need to lift 25-50 pound boxes at times.
