Grazie Ambassador Date: Aug 30, 2018 Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, US Company: Las Vegas Sands Corp. Position Overview: The primary responsibility of the Grazie Ambassador is to provide excellent guest service when assisting all Guests. Responsibilities include enrolling guests into the Grazie Loyalty Program both manually and through mobile units. Assist with all transactions at the Grazie Desks including but not limited to explaining all benefits, redeem points for slot credits and Resort Comps, Assist with various floor promotions. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and The Venetian and The Palazzo Resort Hotel Casinos policies, practices, and procedures. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Key Responsibilities * Responsible for identifying un-carded Guests throughout the property and off property as needed. * Assist with all transactions at the Grazie Desks and with various floor promotions. * Enroll guests into the Grazie Loyalty Program through mobile units and/or manual enrollments. * Print and issue replacement Cards to guests. * Must be willing to contact Guests for follow-up through phone calls or emails. * Must be willing to perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the department. * Consistent and regular attendance is an essential function of this job * Performs other related duties as assigned * Key Processes * Must be able to communicate clearly the benefits of the Grazie Loyalty Program. Additional Duties & Responsibilities: Additional Duties & Responsibilities: Additional Duties & Responsibilities: Minimum Qualifications: * 21+ years of age. * Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States * High school Diploma or equivalent. * Ability to communicate effectively in a positive/upbeat fashion utilizing English, both in oral and written form. * Have interpersonal skills with focused attention to guest needs to deal effectively with all business contacts. * Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company appearance standards. * Maintain consistent adherence to the Venetian and Palazzo Unmatched Guest Service Standards. * Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. * 2 years experience in guest service. * Must have basic computer skills, and have an outgoing personality. * Must be able to work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment. * Maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude while dealing effectively with guests, management, team members, and outside contacts while working under pressure and meeting deadlines. Physical Requirements: * Must be able to work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to CRT fatigue, noise, dust. * Must be able to frequently move freely about the office, maintain manual dexterity to access computer via computer keyboard and operate office equipment, such as telephones, copiers, fax machine, etc., * Withstand various activities such as frequent walking, sitting for long periods and withstand prolonged standing, stretching, bending and kneeling without restriction.
