    Job Description

    We are hiring a detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in our Laundry Facility located in Orlando, FL. This full‑time, on‑site role includes scheduling meetings, managing phone and email communications, preparing reports, coordinating travel, and handling confidential information. Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in an administrative or office support role.

    • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries
    • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls
    • Able to assist with other Laundry Duties as needed.
    • Maintain contact lists, calendars, and office schedules
    • Prepare, produce, and distribute correspondence including letters, memos, emails, and forms
    • Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting materials
    • Develop and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
    • Submit, track, and reconcile expense reports and invoices
    • Greet and assist office visitors and vendors professionally
    • Take accurate meeting minutes and prepare follow‑up documentation
    • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
    • Coordinate office procedures and equipment maintenance or repairs
    • Order, track, and maintain office supply inventory
    • Perform general clerical duties including filing, copying, scanning, printing, and binding
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The team member frequently is required to talk or hear. The team member is occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, and reach. The team member may be required to stand for extended periods of time throughout the workday.

    The team member must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

    • Preferred but not required; knowledge of office management systems (Oracle Fusion/ADP)
    • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
    • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational and planning abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
    • Previous experience in an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or Administrative Support role preferred
