On-Call Security Guard Leisure World Arizona - Mesa, AZ Part-time Leisure World Community Association, an active resort style 55+ community, is seeking an unarmed on-call Security Guard. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service as well as guard, patrol, or monitor the premises to prevent theft, violence, or violations of rules. * Follow strict access-control procedures for our gated, residential community. * Ensure the community is provided with quality security service to protect residents and property. * Greet residents, guests and vendors in a cheerful and welcoming manner. * Patrol the community on foot as well as a patrol vehicle. * Investigate and write reports on accidents, incidents, suspicious activity, safety and other security related situations. * Call and work with police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons. * Enforce community rules per the governing documents. * Be prepared to assist in any emergency situations, when needed.
