Work closely with the Marketing team to identify and explore opportunities to support customer acquisition, retention and cross-selling. Quantify effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement. Analyze online user behavior, conversion data and multi-channel attribution. Assist in educating the marketing and restaurant teams on measurement and analysis of consumer data to optimize business performance. Utilize working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Tableau or other business intelligence tools, and Google Analytics. Work on and lead cross-functional projects. Balance multiple projects at once. Communicate cordially, effectively and clearly with all employees, managers, partners, corporate staff, and coworkers.
