Our Company has one exciting mission: To entertain the human race . * Deliver orders from the warehouse to the bar outlets and restaurants. * Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items, liquor brands, beers, wines and non-alcoholic selections available. * Assist Bartenders on the execution of service and follow the Bartenders direction. * Empty trash. * Wash glasses to ensure bar is fully stocked. * Mop floors as necessary to ensure a clean, safe work area. * Respond to Bartenders needs by running for liquor, glassware, stock, etc. * Perform all opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment. * Properly use two-way radio, knives and pallet jacks. * Greet guests upon arrival and departure, using guests name when known, and encourage them to return. * Effectively communicate with management, bartenders and service staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or other employees. * Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas. * Maintain knowledge of the particular characteristics and description of every wine/champagne by the glass and major wines on the wine list. * Restock ice. * Use all chemicals in accordance with OSHA regulations and hotel requirements. * Perform other job related duties as requested. Required: * Ability to use two-way radio, knives and pallet jacks. * Working knowledge of all menu items, liquor brands, beers, wines and non-alcoholic selections available. * Excellent customer service skills. * Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts. * Professional appearance and demeanor. * Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
