Follow instructions and perform work assigned under the direction of a Foreman Painter or Painter. Responsible for the completion of all job assignments. Ensure that all equipment and work areas are kept clean, neat and orderly at all times. Recognize equipment that needs repair adjustments, or replacement. Keep informed and updated on current techniques and methods. Maintain a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention. Advise the Manager of any unusual conditions within the Property. Perform assigned duties during emergencies. Perform all other job related duties as requested. Required: Must be currently enrolled in the Southern Nevada Carpenters and Affiliated Trades Joint Apprenticeship. Ability to climb ladders onto raised areas and be able to work from scaffolding, be capable of operating skyjack, forklift, scissor lift, or other heavy equipment. Excellent customer service skills. Have interpersonal skill to deal effectively with all business contacts. Professional appearance and demeanor. Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent. Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
