Check your email regularly for information regarding our employment process. text It is the primary responsibility of the Risk Management Coordinator to review all in-coming events, enter the events into RMX in accordance with Corporate Risk Management Policies and Procedures on a daily basis; prepare and create event files, perform any follow up action necessary to resolve any guest/patron issues and secure any additional documentation/video relevant to the event; provide support to the Property Risk Manager in all aspects of general office administration, conducting research, preparing written correspondence, handling telephone, mail and email; enter and track all certificates of insurance (COI) within the RMX system, provide follow up communication relevant to COIs, and assist with tracking and monitor of all documentation/information pertaining to property fleet schedule. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and MGM Resorts International Operations policies, practices and procedures. * Assist Property Risk Manager with maintenance of certificate of insurance program to include data entry of all certificates of insurance into database system (RMX). * Assist Property Risk Manager with tracking and maintenance of fleet schedule. * Enter events into RMX database in compliance with Corporate Risk Management Policies and Procedures. * Maintain confidential electronic and hard copy files. * Manage and screen multi-line phone and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages. * Oversee opening, sorting of high volume in-coming (internal and external) mail, including faxes, e-mail and provide necessary response as directed by Property Risk Manager. * Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, arranging maintenance of claims equipment, and maintenance of records management program. * Prepare and create event files with completion of all necessary follow up action to include communication verbal and written with guests/patrons and retention of any and all pertinent documentation/information to include video retention. * Provide administrative support to Property Risk Manager. * Review in-coming events. * Timely communicate and resolve any guest service issues related to filed events. * Preform all other job related duties as requested. Required: * At least 2 years of experience in guest service related field and administrative support, or equivalent. * Excellent customer service skills. * Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts. * Professional appearance and demeanor. * Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms. Preferred: * Previous experience in a similar resort setting.
