The new Fairfield Inn & Suites Lancaster East is seeking friendly, outgoing, customer service oriented individuals to join our team. Candidates must be flexible as the schedule will include, weekends and holidays. Previous hotel experience strongly preferred, but not required.

Position requires a dependable person capable of accepting responsibility and following through on assignments. The successful candidates must be personable and committed to exceptional guest service and 100% satisfaction through pleasant and professional guest interactions as well as demonstrate good judgment and common sense.

This is an entry level position with room for growth. Weekends are required and 2nd shift during the weekday.

Job Duties:

• Respond to all maintenance work orders in a timely manner.
• Repair and maintain furniture and fixtures within the hotel.
• Perform general minor repairs to in-House plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and HVAC systems.
• Report work completed daily to supervisor.
• Respond in a courteous manner to guest questions, complaints and/or requests.
• May perform preventative maintenance and repairs in accordance with property standards.
• May perform general maintenance on property grounds.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Must provide and maintain a safe, clean and healthy environment that is safe for everyone, adhere to all company, state, federal and OSHA safety requirements and follow emergency requirements/policy and how to act upon them.
