    Job Description

    The Marketing Services Specialist plays a key role on the Creative Services team by managing project requests and coordinating with designers, reviewers, and production teams. This role ensures creative deliverables across print, digital, broadcast, and internal initiatives are accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time.

    Your Impact and Responsibilities:

    • Manage creative project workflows, including timelines, communications, and approvals, to ensure accurate and timely deliverables
    • Gather and verify project details from requesters and collaborate with designers, reviewers, and productions team to ensure accuracy and alignment
    • Provide regular project status updates to the Marketing Services Director and escalate potential risks as needed
    • Coordinate production handoffs, vendor routing, and final creative reviews to ensure deliverables meet all requirements
    • Maintain workload reports and flag bandwidth or timeline challenges for proactive resolution
    • Support creative development across all media types, including print, POP, digital, packaging, signage, apparel, audio, and video

    Travel Requirements:

    • Up to 10%
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 1-3 years’ experience in account management or advertising agency settings
    • Familiarity with marketing, creative, and design workflows
    • Experience collaborating with graphic designers and production teams
    • Strong time management, project management, and organizational skills
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage shifting priorities

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field
