Job Description

Serves as primary contact to guests and team members upon arrival in outlet and on phone. Specifically responsible for the following detailed duties.

Duties

• Serve as primary contact for guests and team members, greeting all guests and responding to inquiries professionally.
• Take and deliver food orders in person and via telephone, following department guidelines.
• Present menu to guests, respond to inquiries, and apply suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales.
• Process various forms of payment, adhering to accounting standards and cash handling procedures.
• Select and assemble food items for guest pickup from serving, kitchen, or storage areas.
• Maintain accurate department records and comply with reservation procedures.
• Adhere to company and government safety, security, and sanitation requirements.
• Perform opening, running, and closing duties as assigned.
• Assist other positions in the department for support when needed.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage lists.
• Respond to guest complaints professionally and urgently, following department procedures.
• Operate POS system according to established guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree GED.
• The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Follow instructions without close supervision.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
