As a Massage Therapist , you will administers professional massage and body treatments to our guests. You will help guests relax, recharge, and feel their best. In our world-class spa environment, you can focus on your craft while providing an exceptional experience every time.

What You’ll Do as a Massage Therapist:

• Be prompt for each appointment and complete services within designated time frames
• Provide consistent, professional massage and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and certification standards
• Inform and educate guests on wellness concerns and service options
• Properly care for equipment and use appropriate amounts of products to support cost control
• Maintain complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered
• Uphold sanitation and sterilization standards as required by law and spa policies
• Prepare rooms, clean and restock as needed between appointments
• Communicate to management any staff or guest issues requiring attention
• Actively promote spa services, treatments, retail products, and available programs or promotions
• Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously
• Respond promptly and appropriately to all guest requests
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a high-quality work environment
• Participate in and support ongoing training and staff meetings
• Assist in all areas of spa operations as requested by management
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Ability to create customized treatment plans
• Understanding of contraindications and safety standards
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Professional bedside manner and client service orientation
• Respect for client confidentiality and boundaries
• Ability to work independently or as part of the team
• Excellent communication and listening skills, as well as basic computer knowledge
• Must be a team player

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree GED
• The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Follow instructions without close supervision
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
• Must meet all licensing requirements to practice Massage Therapy in the state of Tennessee
